1. Acceptance of Terms

By playing on NerdsMC, using our website, joining our Discord, making a purchase, or interacting with our community services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our server rules, and any additional guidelines posted by our staff team.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. About NerdsMC

NerdsMC is a Minecraft server network offering custom gamemodes, community features, events, progression systems, cosmetics, and related online services. Our network may include gamemodes such as Lawn Legends, Arcane Academy, Frontier Realms, Survival, Arcade, and other current or future experiences.

3. Player Conduct

Players are expected to treat others with respect and help maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable community. The following behavior may result in punishment, including warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, store restrictions, or removal from community spaces:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse
• Cheating, exploiting, hacking, macro abuse, botting, or unfair automation
• Abusing bugs, dupes, economy issues, or unintended mechanics
• Scamming, impersonation, phishing, or attempting to steal accounts/items
• Spamming, advertising, or disruptive behavior
• Evading punishments through alternate accounts
• Attempting to disrupt the server, website, store, Discord, or infrastructure

Staff may take action at their discretion to protect the network, players, economy, and community experience.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your Minecraft account, Discord account, and any activity associated with them. We are not responsible for losses caused by account sharing, compromised accounts, weak passwords, third-party launchers, or unauthorized access.

If your account is used to break rules, staff may still issue punishments regardless of who was using the account at the time.

5. Purchases and Store Terms

Purchases made through the NerdsMC store help support server hosting, development, updates, cosmetics, events, and the continued growth of the network.

Store purchases may include ranks, cosmetics, supporter perks, convenience features, virtual items, or other digital rewards. These purchases do not grant ownership of any server files, plugins, systems, intellectual property, or permanent access to the network.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by NerdsMC management. Because purchases provide digital goods and server-based benefits, refunds are generally not guaranteed once the purchase has been delivered.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals may result in removal of purchased benefits and restriction from the server, store, or related services.

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us before opening a dispute so we can attempt to resolve the problem.

7. Fair Gameplay and Store Balance

NerdsMC aims to keep gameplay fun, fair, and community-focused. Store perks are intended to support the network and enhance the player experience without intentionally ruining competitive balance.

Perks, cosmetics, commands, ranks, and other benefits may be adjusted, rebalanced, renamed, replaced, or removed if needed for server health, technical reasons, compliance requirements, or gameplay balance.

8. Virtual Items and Progress

Player data, ranks, currency, cosmetics, pets, tools, progression, unlocks, items, statistics, and other virtual content exist only within NerdsMC services. They have no real-world cash value and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside approved network systems.

We may reset, modify, rebalance, remove, or restore virtual content when necessary due to bugs, exploits, updates, server wipes, economy health, or technical issues.

9. Server Availability

We work to keep NerdsMC available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Servers, websites, stores, databases, Discord services, or other systems may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, attacks, hosting issues, software problems, or other events outside our control.

NerdsMC may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the network at any time.

10. Rules, Punishments, and Appeals

Server rules may be updated over time. Players are responsible for staying aware of current rules and staff guidance.

Punishments may be issued for violating rules, abusing systems, harming the community, or threatening the stability of the network. Appeals may be submitted through the official process if one is available, but appeals are not guaranteed to be accepted.

11. Community Platforms

These terms may apply to NerdsMC-related spaces, including the Minecraft server, Discord, website, store, forums, social media, support channels, bug reports, and suggestion areas.

Behavior outside the Minecraft server may be considered when it affects the safety, reputation, integrity, or operation of the community.

12. User Content

Players may submit chat messages, builds, skins, names, suggestions, bug reports, forum posts, screenshots, videos, or other content. By submitting content to NerdsMC spaces, you allow us to use, display, moderate, remove, or reference that content for server operation, moderation, promotion, and community purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, or community guidelines.

13. Intellectual Property

NerdsMC branding, logos, custom artwork, website designs, server configurations, custom plugins, written content, systems, and related materials are owned by NerdsMC or their respective creators/licensors.

Minecraft is owned by Mojang Studios and Microsoft. NerdsMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

14. Privacy and Data

NerdsMC may collect and store information needed to operate the network, including Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, IP addresses, gameplay data, chat logs, punishment records, store transaction records, Discord identifiers, support messages, and related technical information.

This information may be used for server operation, moderation, security, fraud prevention, support, analytics, and service improvement.

15. Limitation of Liability

NerdsMC is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not responsible for losses, damages, interruptions, lost progress, lost virtual items, account issues, payment provider issues, or third-party service problems to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of NerdsMC after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
